Most people find it hard to visualise the space they would like to redecorate. They have some ideas but have trouble knowing where or how to start - others simply just don’t have the time! If this sounds familiar then perhaps a full design service is what you need. We can help you from concept to completion.
The process starts the same as a one off consultation - we will meet in the space to discuss the brief, take photos, measurements and find out what your overall style is. We will establish your likes / dislikes and then demonstrate ideas by presenting drawings and moodboards to help you visualise the new space. Once you are happy with the design concept, the design team will do all of the sourcing of the furniture, liaising with tradespeople and all general project management tasks. You will always be consulted with any decisions to be made and regular updates through email will be given. On completion, Avril will do a walk through to make sure everything is exactly to your liking.
Cost: An initial €80 for the first consultation, a full estimate based on your specification will then be given. If you chose to proceed, the initial €80 will be taken off your overall price.
Helping you form a clearer design concept can often get things moving more swiftly on a design project. This can be done through many mediums.
A good starting point is with the walls or floors or if you have a piece of furniture that you love this can get the ideas flowing. From this, a moodboard is a good visual indicator of what way the room is taking shape. It is also a great reminder of what you need / don’t need and lets the ideas come together. You also get to experiment with styles before committing to them.
We use a unique style of 3D drawings using a mixture of photoshop, 3D CAD and hand rendering. These exclusive visual aids are a great way to see exactly what the room will look like using the actual furniture the client has chosen.
